Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

I've spent this morning setting targets for the next commit six intake, which starts on Monday,

which I'm very excited about.

I normally record these on a Saturday morning, hence this probably won't come out until Monday.

Anyway, what's been really cool about this intake is seeing what the most common goals are

and also kind of seeing my marketing, working and attracting exactly the right people.

So, unsurprisingly, the most common goal is fat loss.

And there is nothing wrong with this, especially if losing fat increases the quality of your life,

makes you happier, healthier, feel better in your body, feel better in your own skin,

which is quite literally where you live 24-7 every single day of your life.

So it's pretty damn important that you feel good

in yourself. And fat loss can be done in an empowering way rather than how most people die. So fat loss

tends to be the primary goal, or at least one of the most common goals. Then, after that,

something I saw a lot of was energy wanting to have more energy now that might be

because I won't shut up about this but I'm so pleased to see this and I'm so pleased to see it

working I've been doing this energy first formula that I've come up with for almost six weeks.

This will be six weeks come fried.

Okay, maybe it has been six weeks.

Yeah, about six weeks anyway.

And the difference that it's made to my life already is incredible.

And I think the most interesting thing or the most significant thing I've noticed is how much better my mood is.
