thing is your energy as a business owner. Honestly, just with everything in life, like, I think

your energy is really kind of fundamental to most things. But as a business owner, especially

important. And as coaches, something that, you know, I don't like to say this but a lot of us

are quite bad looking after our own energy because we're so focused on giving energy to other people

and then they're like oh yeah but are you actually doing the stuff are you truly practicing what you

preach and it's quite easy to get so busy looking after other people that you end up not looking

after yourself. And as a business owner, that can be really hard as well because, you know,

you are your own boss, you run your own ship. And the most successful ones tend to push themselves

the hardest, which also means that they tend to, if they're not careful and if they don't

prioritize themselves and if they don't kind of highlight to themselves the importance of doing that

so that they can give to others, i.e. fill your cup first so that you can give

and so that you show up better, then, you know, kind of getting a bit burnt out or low energy

is really, really common. And shockingly, coaches are humans as well. I know. It's an interesting
