| 1:13.8 | identifying your values and then how to live in line with your values. The third is limiting |
| 1:19.8 | beliefs and fear of failure, how to overcome those and how to notice where you are limiting |
| 1:25.8 | yourself. The fourth is overcoming perfectionism. |
