Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

We do things a little bit differently on Commit to Six.

And I realized that the reason people don't get results isn't because they don't know what to do.

It's because it's damn hard to do it. And then people get

frustrated. They overcomplicate things. They look for an easier option or a quick fix and they avoid

doing the things that they know that they need to do. And then I got a bit pissed because everybody

talks about mindset, but no one really quantifies it because it's quite vague and

wishy-washy. And I always hated on people like, oh, it's a mindset issue. It's like,

well, what do we do about that then? You know, what's the quantifiable outcome here? How do we

actually get people results? How do we improve mindset? So what I've done is I've made it clear,

actionable and tested. And I built a six week course within commit to six that acts as a process

to change your mindset. So it covers. The first one is creating life synergy and a fuck average mindset. The second section is on

identifying your values and then how to live in line with your values. The third is limiting

beliefs and fear of failure, how to overcome those and how to notice where you are limiting

yourself. The fourth is overcoming perfectionism.

The fifth section is beating overwhelm and the sixth section is backing yourself and building

confidence. And then there's a bonus section which is making your life more positive.
