0:52.4

Adele Khan had that event for Eternah, his company, on exciting you know adele con had that event for

0:54.4

eterna his company uh on you know life extension and you know these guys got up and said it's very

1:00.4

real we have the genetics to live to about 120 years the problem is is you get to 120 you're

1:05.4

fucking 120 so nobody wants to make it that far because you're old as fuck so the goal is could

1:10.2

you freeze your age at 40 to 50 and then make it to 120? Would you take that bet? Yeah. Like 100%. If I could stay like physically like I am now to 120, I'd fucking take that bet. Actually, I'd want them to turn me back till I didn't have white hair and then I'd want to live there forever. Who wants to be fucking? Like a vampire. Dude, if I could be 26 till I'm 120, I'll take that. 100%.

Well, so the... I'm there forever. Who wants to be fun? Like a vampire. Dude, if I could be 26 until I'm 120, I'll take that.

1:29.6

100%. Well, so this is interesting. I heard a quote by George Clooney where he's like, you know, I'm not trying to look younger. I'm just trying to look like the best version of myself today. 2:03.9

level performers, you need something that just because you're not in that environment or that

2:08.3

theater anymore doesn't mean that that doesn't turn something off. And this was something

2:12.8

that I never realized, and actually I told Shang-J on the podcast recently, like I didn't know that I was missing that part. Like when I retired from the NFL, I figured like that part of my life was kind of like, just kind of put it away. And then when I got back in and when I went to go do that course with Craig and, you know, I'm out there 101 fistfighting dudes. And I was like, fuck, man, like, I need to get my skills back. And on top of it, like, I need to learn some ground game.

2:35.1

And when I got into Jits, I was like, fuck, man, like, this is, this is scratching a

2:39.1

competitive itch and like a little bit of violence that I knew I needed that, unfortunately,

2:43.3

I can't go out to bars and fucking fight people or show up at a fucking gun range and get
