And I think it's a cop-out that I feel like people use a lot. And, you know, everyone says, like, oh, self-care. And then I look at all the things that I'm supposed to do in order to take care of myself. And it's just like, well, that's three hours a day. And I think we're all super busy with all the things we have to do anyway. |
