Hey, everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to this week's episode of raise your hand, say yes.

This week I'm really excited to have my good friend Laura Sims back on the show.

And Laura, if you don't remember, was on back in the day, back when I first started the podcast, talking about purpose.

And Laura is a career coach.

And, you know, we have been coach friends for a long time.

And our kids were born right around the same time.

And she's one of my favorite people to talk to.

I asked her to come on the show today because I wanted to talk about career happiness

and career satisfaction because I feel like most people don't have that.

And most people I talk to either hate their job or want a different job or are

kind of looking for ways to improve their job. And, you know, honestly, I feel that way,

too, about a lot of people I know who have their own business, myself included. I don't hate

my business at all, but I'm constantly looking for ways to improve it and constantly looking for

how can things be better?

How can things be a little bit different?

How can I keep evolving this?

So it's something that really serves me and serves the world and serves my family and serves

the goals that I have.

So I thought that this conversation with Laura, I knew that we would be able to really come at this question from a lot of approaches.
