Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

0:05.8

This can be a little bit of different episode because I had a question from a client this week

0:09.5

and I thought, there's not normally what I talk about on the podcast, but why not?

0:15.4

And I love talking about it.

0:17.1

So maybe people will be interested.

0:19.0

And the question was, it would be fun to hear more about

0:21.9

how you started your business, the mistakes you made, the successes, how long before you started

0:26.7

making enough money to be financially independent, et cetera, and just general journey. And like I said,

1:35.1

paid not very well. And then maybe when you're kind of at the top, maybe you're paid slightly better

1:41.4

or some people have better deals, but certainly when you're starting from the bottom, bottom like it's very hard to live in London off that um so you work long hours

1:48.7

you're not paid very well and not having fun in it sorry not having a lot of money in a very

1:54.7

expensive place to live means that your living standard is actually quite low or certainly mine was
