Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. I have many things to say today,

to do with investing. Okay, so I got this message yesterday on the wealth course that I've been

trialing with, we have 20 people on it. So it's going really well so far. And yeah, this says, a year ago, your podcast on

financial freedom really opened my eyes. At 43, I was on a low salary, no savings, no real way

of making my bucketless dream experience, a trip to New Zealand with my not quite grown up

daughter. That goal became a big driver for me.

She was already 10 at the time. Since then, I've faced my barriers and fears at work. I've

upskilled and finally just moved roles and increased my salary by 38%. What I've done with that, and this is the really smart part,

so I started investing 50 pounds a month into a suction shares ISA last year, and I've now

increased that to 200 pounds a month. I'm now salary sacrificing 20% into my pension to avoid

a higher tax rate. I've saved up and booked flights to New Zealand,
