Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

This episode is going to be based on a few conversations that I've had recently,

very recently actually numerous ones this week, mostly from very ambitious career-driven clients.

But I think this will resonate with a lot of people because it kind of like doesn't really

matter the situation you're in.

A lot of the same problems are coming up so it's essentially about trying to manage everything and how to fit it all in

while you actually enjoy the life that you've worked so hard for and one of the biggest shit in this

is around mindset and how you're perceiving the actions that you're taking.

And I'm going to push back a little bit on some quite popular social media messaging and advice generally to women.

But first, I need to tell you that the next commit six intake is now open for March.

Early bird spaces have filled up fast,

which means that we now only have, I think, about, space left for the whole intake, which I am

very excited about. We've had incredible people signing up already. I can see because I can see

their applications. And we also have something exciting. I wish I had another word for

exciting now because I said that too many times. But that is that we have new coach Maddie,

who's joining, who brings something a little bit different to the team. She is not just a coach,

but also has a psychology background. And as we all know, knowing what to do really is the easy bit.

We can fix that, no problem, pretty quickly. It's implementing that consistently without burning

out or without it taking over your life. That is the hard part. And this is something that we've

always focused on, on commit to six. Like I've always said, like the aim is that it's the last diet you ever do because we blend the science with behaviour change and psychology so that it actually sticks.

But when I was looking for a new coach, I wanted to make sure that it was someone who was bringing some extra expertise that we have.
