| 1:29.3 | energy is high, meditation is high. But the real change, the real impact happens after that when it's |
| 1:36.8 | not as exciting, when you are tired, when you're a little bit bored of the process, when the |
| 1:41.2 | scales are being annoying and there's a fluctuation that you didn't expect, |
| 1:50.3 | when life gets busy and throws something at you. And yet you still prioritise sticking to your non-negotiables because they are commitments that you've made, both to yourself and to us. |
