Hello and welcome to part two of my little series on ways to naturally reduce hunger

0:09.0

or in other ways, in other ways, in other words, ways to manipulate your diet so that you're

0:15.5

more satiated for the same or less calories. Okay, before I move on, speaking of the word satiated, I recorded something with Chloe yesterday and our videographer after was like,

0:29.6

I do have one question, what does satiated mean? And I was like, God, we use that word quite a lot and I think sometimes,

1:28.3

Like I'm sort of branching a little bit into learning more about finance at the moment.

1:31.3

And there are certain things that people say as if everyone would just know them.

1:36.3

And it's been really interesting coming in as somebody new

1:39.3

and kind of like relearning certain things, or not re-learning, just learning.

1:43.3

But I also think it

1:45.6

makes you really good at then teaching it when you've just learned it because you're like,
