Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I am very excited about this episode.

0:07.7

I've already done a sub-sack on it, but I wanted to delve into it a little bit deeper.

0:12.8

And I wasn't sure what to call this because you can approach it from numerous different angles.

0:18.9

It was actually originally triggered by a question that I got asked,

0:23.9

which was, is there any ways that I can essentially have the benefits of taking a weight loss

0:30.7

drug without taking the weight loss drugs? Or in other words, how can I reduce hunger and reduce

0:35.9

my appetite naturally without taking these drugs?

0:40.3

1:23.6

And really, this is going to be useful to anybody that is dieting.

1:29.3

Or, let's be real, anyone that's even just trying to maintain their weight in this very obeseogenic environment that we live in, right?

1:39.3

Most people deal with hunger at some point when they're trying to maintain a healthy body weight or

1:45.4

specifically for sure if they're trying to lose weight which by the way isn't like should kind

1:51.3

of just be seen as a bit of a byproduct of fat loss like a little bit of hunger when you're dieting

1:56.2

is quite a normal thing so I wouldn't be like having expectations of never feeling hungry. And also I think

2:03.1

feeling hungry before a meal is quite nice. Like you know, I like to push off my dinner until I'm a
