Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

If you can hear like a slight, it sounds like purring or like sizzling in the background,

0:13.0

it's actually just a very loud can of Coke Zero, which doesn't seem to like stop making a little noise, but maybe you can't hear

0:23.2

that and I'm over explaining for nothing. Anyway, hello friends and I am very excited to have

1:41.3

I'm going to talk about another aspect, which is that

1:44.4

1:50.5

So what I see with many of the people that I work with, and by the way, this is biased because
