What I'm going to talk about today is how you can try and be in that 9% that actually achieve their goals, right?

You don't want to be like most people.

You're not going to be in that 91% anyway.

If you are not excited about the goal, then you're not going to commit to it and you're not going to achieve it.

have that you're the kind of person that doesn't achieve their goals or that can't lose weight
