Well, I'm very excited to have you. And I want to talk to you about women's health and fitness and wellness.

And not only the fitness side of it, but I want to zoom into the mentality. How does the impact, how does our mentality, our mindset, our approach to exercise, our

perception of exercise and fitness, and health in general actually impact the result?

Oh, I think it's the biggest thing, which is why I focus so heavily on it.

The one caveat I will say, because I think a lot of people use, like, mindset,

and then, like, it all becomes quite woo-woo,
