this incredibly foul mouth and whenever people in the class and it's a motley crew of yoga doers which I feel very very

comfortable in that there's 60 year old men with big bellies there are young women who can do handstands. There's a guy at the

front of the room who is annoying because he can turn himself into a pretzel. But she

takes absolutely no attitude to anyone.

And I don't routinely curse on this show,

but I am gonna curse now, so if you are bothered by that,

you can just mute for just a second, but the first time I was in this class,

somebody was given her attitude about the fact that they were tired and it was 6 p.m.

and her response was, fuck-you, downward dog.
