Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. As it often is, this episode is

inspired by a conversation that I had with a one-to-one client this week. This client works with me

not just on the ESG fitness side, but she's also joined the AFM Accelerator to build her business.

And her question was quite simple, but the answer is quite complex, which is why I was like,

So basically, she said, how can I balance business goals with fitness, body composition and health goals?

So this is kind of what came up in the check-in.

She said, I've been struggling mentally

this week. I've been smashing my fitness goals lately. And I know that's because it's been my

primary focus. But focusing more on work has taken the focus off training and I'm nervous I'm going

to slip up. I've never been able to balance between the two before. Either I'm in shape and super

focus on that whilst work suffers or work is going

great and my training and eating suffers. How do I manage the two? I want to be able to do, I want to be

able to give equally to both. Okay, so very, very good question and whether it's business or work or

a relationship or a relationship and business and

work and being a mum which by the way this woman is she has all these things um then i'm sure a lot

people can relate to this so this is really really really common and it primary primarily

primarily primarily it primary primarily comes from one underlying limiting belief.

And that is that you need to find balance, right?

And this might seem like a weird thing to say.
