never date a man again. But I also love women raising strong, small, small women. So there was one that said

my three-year-old flexing to show me her muscles, the win is knowing my daughter seeing,

a healthy lifestyle. And then someone else said, I love this. My five-year-old has started

lifting some mini pink dumbbells with me. She's really proud of how strong she is. That's so

cool. And I just love that and I just think like that's just such a good reason to do what you're doing.

And when you have the lows of like, oh, this isn't working fast enough or I'm feeling really deflated this week, like remember these things that like you're having such a positive impact on like your children and

the people around you and even if you don't have children like just that other people in your

life will be will be getting so much benefit from you taking care of yourself so I really

enjoyed that today do you know one of the reasons that I think I find it easier to continue to exercise and
