target alone isn't normally enough. What we need to do is stop focusing so much on numbers,

stop focusing so much on calories and focus more on your life, on your routine, on how you live.

The focus on calories is a bit like saying, let's get you there without saying how. So to play on this analogy, imagine if you

were in London and you were going to meet your parents for dinner in Hampstead.

This is top of my mind because it's exactly what I'm doing later.

And let's say you don't know how to get there and someone just keeps telling you,

okay, well you need to get to Hampstead to meet your parents.

Okay, fine, that's not particularly helpful, right?

Let's say the goal is to have a nice meal with your

parents and someone's like right they're in hampswood so you need to get there to meet to meet them
