episode 735, really resonated with me. I have been going through

counselling regarding my self-confidence, body image, as well as other things. I've always felt that

the first thing people think when they see me is, oh wow, she's really fat and lazy.

Thinking that took all my confidence and power away. As a side note, I'd like to point out that I have no hair.

I'm an older woman with a big, bold, shiny head. Yet I was still so hung up on the fact that the

first thing people would see and judge me for was my weight. My counsellor told me that if I felt

judged, it was because I, in turn, was judging other people. She told me to stop and to look at the

good in people and appreciate their amazing shapes and sizes that all women come in. By not judging

others, I would stop feeling judged myself. And it worked. I'm so much more confident now.

And don't get me wrong, it is still work to be done, but on, but the positive change was

dramatic and quick. I urge everybody to do the same, keep up the great work, Emma. So when I read
