Hello and welcome to this episode of the EST Fitness podcast. This episode is all about the

0:07.1

fuck average mentality and I'm not someone who normally swears, but this is like one of the

0:13.2

situations where I will swear. I try and live my life generally by this like fuck average

0:20.7

mentality and I think where it helps me most is and live my life generally by this like fuck average mentality.

0:21.6

And I think where it helps me most is that you accept that,

0:26.6

and almost like you accept and kind of lean into the fact that things are going to be hard sometimes.

0:32.6

Because it's definitely harder to get up and go to the gym than it is to stay in bed. It's

1:23.0

1:29.0

distract yourself with food. And it's harder to stay cool in an argument and not react and say

1:35.9

something that you regret, right? And then like from a business perspective, it's harder to work

1:40.5

on your business when all your mates clock off at 5pm and they have the security

1:44.3

of a 9 to 5 kind of job. But nothing truly rewarding happens without some element of hard work.

1:54.3

And if you don't want average results, you can't put in an average amount of effort. Like if you

2:00.5

don't want a mundane and
