0:06.0 | This episode is for people who are sticking to low calories, but not losing weight, |
0:13.0 | or for people who work with people who are sticking to low calories, but not losing weight. |
0:18.0 | Hopefully this is really going to help. |
0:20.0 | And before you think, |
0:21.6 | oh, she's just going to talk about being adherent again and dropping calories too low and not |
0:27.6 | being able to stick to them, that's like the first point I want to make, but I'm actually not |

1:29.7 | isn't you to the gym, like has been doing this a while, knows very well how to track calories. |
1:34.8 | I'm actually pretty sure she's doing on the right things and we have a very good relationship, |
1:37.9 | so, you know, she does overeat from time to time and she does tell me and, you know, it's normal |
1:44.1 | and she goes out for meals |
1:45.1 | and etc etc right but she should still be losing on 1,400 calories when she's consistent |
