Hello and welcome to the ESG Fitness podcast. It's just me today because Andy's not been well,

which is very sad. I feel weird doing it on my own. Hmm, also I just feel like I'm rambling to

questions this week not that many but quite in depth in depth yeah okay I have quite randomly just

had last night stir fry for breakfast so I feel a bit weird I don't know if other people are feeling weird. Like not only

what day is it, but also why am I eating stuff? I have breakfast. But, you know, lockdown,

no rules and all that. On that point, I do actually think, or I found it really useful to know

that we've got another three weeks at least because then you can get

into a bit of a routine you can set yourself a big plan you can set yourself a plan and you can make

the most of this time which I know 99.999% of people listening to this podcast will be doing or have already done,

But one thing that I feel like a lot of people are doing at the moment is almost putting

their life on hold.

And pausing your life at the moment is the worst thing that we could do, not just for yourself,

but and your own sort of fitness goals or health goals or career goals or general life goals,

but also for the economy.

If we all think, oh right, everything's on pause at the moment, it's going to make it really

hard to come back to it in three weeks. Whereas if we do

everything we can to keep ticking over, obviously in my sense, I'm speaking to you guys as clients

and meeting your health and fitness goals or your fat loss goals or your muscle building goals,

don't just think this time is a time to like forget about progressing and just tick over.
