Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast.

I have had a very busy week being in Ibiza, then I went home, had a few invisible

line appointments, if it sounds like I've got more of a LISP now,

what I didn't know is you'd get like another pair of liners at the end, which is slightly

bigger and worse in many ways.

But anyway, whatever, that's fine.

It's only going to last a week.

So I'm doing everything like to the book so that I'm going to get the best outcome.

Anyway, so I went to Ibiza for I

F.IFF, which was awesome. And then I went home for a week, which was really awesome. I think I

actually got the two nicest days of summer in Scotland while I was up, which I'm very, very excited

about. And then now I'm back in London and it is rainy but I think I've spoken about

this book before it's called Look Again oh my god I just feel it so much at the

moment so the whole premise of the book really is that you become habituated to

the things around you and then you stop appreciating them as much right so you

might like I live in an amazing place,

both in Scotland and in London, actually.

And if you've been there for a while,

you kind of, it loses it shine, right?

And even going away, like, I've only been away for a week,

is it a week?
