So, first one, why do you have loads of-esteem and what to do about it? You are likely

setting yourself targets and not sticking to them. This is what I see with most people who struggle

with self-esteem. Well, more to the point, actually, I think I said self-esteem, I meant to say self-belief.

You're probably telling yourself that you're

going to stick to 1500 calories and go to the gym five times a week and you tell yourself that every

Sunday night and you've got these great ambitions of what your week's going to look like. You're going

in with great intentions and then by Tuesday something's happened you know

you're not going to hit your five gym sessions a week you already missed a day of sticking to your calories

and you think well what's the point now i'll just wait until next week i'm not going to hit this perfect

week that i had lined up so now i feel pretty demotivated and i just give up. And over time, when you do that, you slowly lose trust in yourself that you will say,

that you will stick to the things that you say you're going to do.

And these are like little promises that you make yourself, right?

Every morning when you, I don't know, promise yourself if you're going to go to work,

and I'm sorry, go to the gym after work, and then you don't, it's like you're losing your
