taken with a client. I want to show you how effective it was. So I recently helped a client lose

0:28.8

six pounds in less than 30 days with just one rule. And you might resonate with the story behind

0:35.0

this, so I kind of want to set the scene a little bit. So this woman, Paula, came to me, she felt really burnt out by dieting, fed up by constantly

1:19.0

the energy to try another thing but then we got into a bit more of a conversation

1:24.2

and she also knew that she had fat to lose one in order to feel

1:27.8

her best but two in in order to make sure she stayed healthy right and she was saying that both of her

1:33.5

parents have type 2 diabetes and her dad had recently had a heart attack as well and she's like I don't want to

1:38.1

end up like that I don't want to I don't want to put that burden on my children and I don't

1:42.2

want that to be me.

1:50.9

So we kind of came to a bit of a conclusion that she can't just be jumping on another diet that isn't going to work.

1:53.3

And when you feel like this, like sometimes the temptation is like, oh, just try one more thing, right?

1:58.7

Or just try another thing.

1:59.8

And that goes on and on and on.
