0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. This episode is going to be all about |
0:07.8 | using behaviour change principles to get you long term fat loss results. This is essentially what |
0:15.4 | makes our coaching and specifically the Commit to Sixth program different because this is what we've built it all off. |
0:23.6 | So when I first started coaching, I thought I just needed to know how to optimize training and nutrition. |

1:54.0 | The interesting part about coaching and the impactful part about coaching is understanding human behaviour. |
2:00.0 | That is far more important to fat loss than the specifics of the diet and exercise. |
2:07.2 | And there's a lot of complexity in our individual responses to the world that we live in. |
