The day I knew I was getting a divorce, I thought my life was shot. But it wasn't until I did this one thing that everything changed. Then in the caption, you tell the full story. Okay. Again, and if you pair this with you actually talking on camera, talking head content, pulling out your phone, ranting, sharing your opinions, what do you stand for? What do you hate? What do you believe, then you're going to take off. What up? Welcome back to the fitness business podcast. Today I'm going to talk to you about the five types of content that the algorithm is really prioritizing and pushing right now and a simple way to ensure that your content gets seen by 10 times the amount of people. All right. So if you're listening to this, you're probably posting content. You're probably working on your content strategy, right? And you're probably researching, watching videos, taking notes, studying other types of viral content and analyzing like hooks and frameworks and stuff that's working. But maybe you're sitting there thinking, well, why is this not working for me? Why is my my content not popping off? And ultimately, why am I not getting clients?

0:55.0

So I had a call recently, a masterclass call. And we had a coach who was going through a

0:59.6

separation and he had just started his coaching business. And he was like, man, I've posted eight

1:03.5

times. I have 54 followers and no paying clients. And in his bio, it basically said,

1:08.3

empowering progress for divorced men. And I'm like, dude, look,

1:12.5

the truth is, you're not going to figure out content by thinking about content, right? You're

1:16.7

going to learn how to create really good content by creating content. And today, I'm not going to

1:22.1

sit here and just tell you the secret is to post more, right? I'm going to break down the exact

1:25.7

types of posts that are working right now in 2025. And I'm also gonna show you how to amplify that content with a specific ad strategy to predictably create lead flow. But the first and foremost thing of beyond anything else is volume, you need volume. I told Miko, dude, make it a game with yourself. See how quickly you can post 100 times the quicker you can get

1:45.1

to 100 post the quicker you're going to suck less at creating content and i call this the rule of 100

1:49.6

because after every hundred times you post your shit gets significantly better and your first 100

1:54.6

posts like your first 20 are going to suck that's fine nobody's even going to see them and then your

1:58.7

next 20 you're going to suck a little bit less but But by the time you hit 100, you'll be pretty decent, okay? But I want to share with you, like, that's more for the beginner. Okay, if you're listening to this and you're just trying to get started. But let me break down what types of content are actually working and that you can prioritize and start to build around. All right. So number one, something that's working really well these days are demonstrative reels.

2:21.6

Okay, the algorithm loves these.

2:24.6

It's where you're physically showing something on camera.

2:26.9

Okay, so for example, I had a coach named Janessa who had a reel that did pretty good

2:30.4

and she posted and she asked me to break it down and analyze it. And it was a post about her squatting. And she got like, I think maybe 200 followers off this one post. And she was like, why did this work? And I'm like, well, first off, it worked because you led with a negative based hook. Okay. First, she said, you've been taught squatting deeper is always better, but that's not true. Okay, it's like a pattern interrupt. It builds curiosity and it's a negative bold statement. And then there was a quick cut after the hook that she immediately demonstrated what she was talking about. The algorithm loves these quick cuts. Like every two to three seconds, you need a visual transition or something that you're doing on the camera to keep people's attention. So what she did is she demonstrated the concept of the visual. She literally crumpled up a piece of paper to show what happens to your spine when you have a butt wink at the bottom of a squat. Right? People don't just want to hear you talk about something. They want to see it. It's way more visually stimulating. And so I gave an example on our call of one of our clients, Lacey, whose account has gone from

3:25.1

73,000 to 240,000 followers in just in literally like three or four months by doing

3:31.2

demonstrative content. Okay. So like, for example, one of her reels is like if you poop one or three

3:35.6

times a day, you're constipated, eat more carrots. And it's showing her like sitting at a table

3:39.6

with carrots and then like these like these different things in front of her. And it's showing her, like, sitting at a table with carrots and then,

3:42.4

like these, like these different things in front of her. And she's like, if you poop one to three times per day, she like lifts a cup up. And she's like, you're constipated, eat more carrots. And then she's like, if you have diarrhea, you need to eat more kiwi. So she reveals and shows the Kiwi, right? And that's just like a simple, simple example, but she's like demonstrating and keeping a
