Summary

Alyson Stoner is an actress, singer and dancer who has been featured in music videos like Missy Eliot’s ‘Work It’, on Disney shows such as Suite Life of Zach and Cody and movies such as Cheaper By the Dozen. As with many young child actors behind the scenes Alyson began to struggle with the pressure of her life. She began to become addicted to perfection. This quickly turned into an addiction and eventually she made the decision to get into treatment. Now, she lives life in a much different way. Her recovery is inspiring. She lives a minimalist lifestyle and creates her own content.

In this weeks episode we are diving into topics like societal pressure, transactional love, overcoming eating disorders, regulating your trauma response, learning to manage depression and anxiety and the importance of compensating content creators.
