Summary

In this weeks episode I am joined by Rising Woman founder Sheleana Aiyana. She is a spiritual psychologist who focuses on conscious relationship, shadow work, breath work and tantric practice. She had grown her community to over 1.6 million and if you follow her account you know why people love her work. Her writings hit deep. Her profound transformation from severe early childhood abuse to healing, will leave you feeling so inspired. Here is my favorite post of hers from last week, " Life isn't trying to break you down, it's trying to break you open."

You can follow along with Sheleana on instagram @sheleanaaiyana or @rising woman

for you and that could actually cause you to retreat from the work altogether.

carrying from your past in a way that feels safe and at a pace that feels gentle enough

1:09.2

that you can handle it and that your body has time to integrate a new way of being.

1:14.7

If your nervous system is really traumatized, which mine has been, it takes a long time to

1:21.2

rewire the nervous system to feel safe. It doesn't matter if you're actually safe,

1:26.0

your nervous system is wired to defend, right? So that takes time.

That was a quick clip from this week's episode. Hi, fam. Hi, community. How are you guys? I would

1:40.7

love to hear from you. I don't know if you guys are in the Facebook group or if you feel comfortable

1:48.2

DMing me or you're joining our weekly live sober Zoom calls, where you're in the life reset course.

1:57.5

I would love to hear what is going on with you guys and where you guys are at. I know that for

2:05.0

me personally, this is certainly getting a little bit more challenging as the weeks go by.

At the same time, really impressed with how resilient I am, but I don't see that as some badge of
