Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. Yesterday I had an EC method meet up in

London which was awesome and at these events we try and say something of use and in the morning

I was kind of thinking what what am I going to say that people haven't heard from me? And that is very hard

when you put out as much content as I do, especially with the podcast, especially how much

we talk to our clients, like minimum kind of three to four hours a week of content every

week consistently, four years. So most of them know most of what I know or what I could say.

So I tried to think of what people would need to hear when they start a diet,

when they come to us on the easy method or on commit six or one-to-one,

and they're ready to change and they want to put an end to this yo-yo dieting cycle

and make this diet the last diet that they ever do and that is our whole thing like you know

that's the impact that I want to have on people is I want to get people off this over-restriction

over-indulgence cycle beating themselves up feeling shit about themselves, that is the impact I want to have on people.

So I had kind of, in my head, to think about, like, 10 lessons, which turned into about 13.

Some of them are kind of life lessons.
