Why do a lot of workouts have push-pull splits?

They are push-pull legs and then normally a full body

It's my favourite split if you're doing three workouts a week

and for most people i want them to do that as a minimum and then potentially an extra one that's

basically why um it means that if you say you're doing all push movements then you're working kind of the same muscles right even if you're, say you're doing all push movements, then you're working kind of the same muscles, right?

Even if you're doing like a tricep extension and then you're doing a chest press, like both of those exercises are going to work triceps.
