| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG fitness podcast. I am very excited today because I am going to use this episode to announce our new commit six slash ESG fitness coach. She has been working with Ruth for a while and as usual with coaches we head |
| 0:25.9 | hunted her and asked her if she had one joined the team and I'm very excited to say that she said |
| 0:29.9 | that she would. She's also done E IQ nutrition and has a ton of both personal and professional |
| 0:36.4 | experience with Perry and postmenopausal women, |
| 0:39.7 | which is about 80% of our client base. So I am very excited to welcome you to the team. Tony, |
| 0:47.4 | how are you? I'm good. Thank you, Emma. Yeah, very excited to be here. Good. All right. So tell us a bit about your background your journey |
| 0:57.8 | let us get to know you a little bit and then what got you into coaching um so i became a personal |
| 1:04.7 | trainer um it was just prior to covid actually that i started my training. And the reason being is because my fitness |

| 1:47.2 | right up until probably I had my children. And I just, although I wouldn't recommend that as a |
| 1:52.4 | strategy for getting over this to have a family. But I just thought, you know, this has got to |
| 1:59.3 | stop. And I really had that motivation to look after |
| 2:02.3 | myself and then I had the children. So I'm missing out big chunks here, but ultimately after I had |
| 2:07.4 | Frey and my last child, I then knew that I had to change. I went in a very different direction, |
| 2:15.5 | you know, I started working out from home a lot more, |
| 2:19.4 | started to really get into mindfulness around eating and understand where this came from my |
| 2:25.1 | behaviour. But I think the point I want to make here, this, you know, I don't want to go on |
| 2:29.2 | waffle on too much, but I recognised that I knew all the ways to lose weight and I'd already got that and |
| 2:38.2 | I still wasn't happy. It still wasn't fulfilled. There's much more to losing weight and being |
