| 1:01.9 | will claim that you won't fully commit to something unless you believe you can achieve it. And I don't |
| 1:07.7 | totally disagree with that, but I think that the belief really comes from the proof, right? |
| 1:13.6 | It's like sitting at home and waiting to suddenly feel confident. |
| 1:16.3 | It's probably going to have to do something that makes you feel more confident, right? |
| 1:19.9 | Like edge yourself out of that comfort zone, i.e. take a bit of action. |

| 1:29.7 | all of the weight that you have to lose, which maybe is a seems like a big task, do you believe |
| 1:36.0 | that you can set some targets with me this week and stick to them? You know, and actually the goal |

| 2:00.8 | do you believe that you can maintain this weight loss forever? And you're like, oh, God, I don't know. I just don't think I could ever do that. Okay, well, do you think you can maintain it this week? Okay, cool. And then let's make a plan for the next week based on what you have coming up that week. do you think you can stick to that? Yeah, okay, right, okay. And you break it down. And the targets that you're setting, the aim of them is to get you closer to that goal, whether it is fat loss, whether it is maintenance or building muscle or whatever that goal might be. And once we have those check-ins and we set those targets, it's like, great, okay, |
