One of the biggest obstacles for people to overcome is the fact that in America or pretty much like I've traveled to many countries in the world like oftentimes like anywhere you step out outside like nine out of ten people are full of like obesity and disease

like full of mental and physical pain so the reference point to what

healthy is has actually lowered a tremendous amount totally

because I get a lot of people that come out to me in the grocery store tours and they're like man I've been eating this this factory farm food my whole entire life and I'm like completely fine

Meanwhile they're like 30% body fat. They have all sorts of joint pain, they're on like three different medications.

It's funny because Eugene was just an HLC 3 with me and he didn't

mention that he was the Eugene that wrote this book because I had been communicating with him by

email and I'd looked at the book before it was published

and him and I've been talking about doing the podcast

for some time, so when he pulled into my driveway,

I went, that's the same Eugene that was in my class.
