| 1:18.3 | you don't eat out during the week right compromises so that you can do the thing that you actually |
| 1:22.7 | want to do now you can choose to see that as empowering or you can choose to feel hard done by and honestly that |
| 1:32.0 | choice will largely dictate your general mood and how much you enjoy your life and the same is true |
| 1:39.9 | for getting in shape and your calories you're budgeting for a better outcome so you can lose |
| 1:47.0 | fat, so you can feel better, so you can have more energy, so you can improve your health, so you |
