Hello and welcome back to part two of the this week's Q&A episode.

0:09.2

Maureen, how are you?

0:11.4

I am fantastic. Thank you. How are you?

0:14.5

I'm also very great. We thought that we had another call to get off to pick. Turns out,

0:19.9

we'd actually booked in this call and that was the notification that was coming up to another call to get off to it. Turns out, we'd actually booked in

0:21.3

this call and that was the notification that was coming up to tell us to get off the call. So,

0:26.8

well done. We're, yeah, very impressed. Okay. Question. Thoughts on zero percent fat foods like

0:33.7

yogurt. I see some of the three to one recipes use 0% phage. I'm not sure whether I

0:39.1

like the idea of 0%. Surely it makes you feel so full. Sorry, surely it doesn't make you

0:46.4

feel so full. It's definitely, I prefer the higher percent fat. It tastes nicer. But if your goal is to

0:56.0

lose fat, it's definitely an easy way to reduce calories. And it's quite high in protein.

1:02.0

But if you were trying to like even these out, I don't know like where I would go with that, because some people would prefer more volume.

1:28.1

Like, you could eat more of the 0% yoghurt, so you could argue that might fill you up more.

1:33.9

Or you could eat less of the higher fat yogurt, and you could argue that the slower gastric emptying from having a higher fat meal would keep you full of longer there's really no like

1:46.1

proof of either some people prefer higher fat some people prefer lower fat but if you're looking to

1:52.5

cut calories it is quite an easy way to do that but if if your argument is like surely it doesn't make you so full i like only because you will

2:05.7

have eaten less calories but that would be the aim yeah um okay what is the psychology behind new year

2:14.4

motivation and conversely the motivation drop right now i feel unbreakable and I cannot understand how in a few weeks I might not feel like this and old habits will rear their heads.

2:26.3

But having been here before, I know that that moment will come.

2:30.3

What is actually going on in my brain? I to stay like this forever that's a good question

2:37.3

i don't actually know the correct like actual answer i'll be honest well i don't think that is one
