Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. This is a bit of a bonus because I got

excited and I recorded the last episodes to be released on Monday. Then I got excited and I wanted to

release it so I released it early and I have this rule that I have for myself where I always

release a podcast on Monday even though I'm well aware that

nobody cares apart from me. It's just a non-negotiable that I have. So, I'm here with an extra

episode. And I thought, honestly, most of my episodes are kind of based on conversations that I've

had with clients. But these ones specifically are, because there was just such a consistent vibe amongst the check-ins that I've had with clients, but these ones specifically are because there was

just such a consistent vibe amongst the check-ins that I did this weekend that I was so proud

of and it was basically about like living your best life and getting in or staying in shape and

thriving in all areas of life and really making empowered choices, not sacrifices.

And I thought this is so timely because December tends to be a time where there's a lot of social events.

And I really think some of these conversations or some of the points made in check-ins really will help you convince yourself that you can have it all.

You can balance fat loss with social eating. And as I said, we are about to come into this season where you're really

going to have to put that to the test. And I want people to see that as a challenge to prove

yourself that you can. And that's really the message that I've been giving to my clients this

week. So I was to my clients this week.

So I was mega proud of this client after travelling back from the Middle East for a week.

And to quote her in her check-in, she was like,

it's always a good test to have an uncontrolled environment and see how you can cope.
