Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I want to come on and quickly do

0:06.6

this bonus bonus episode because I spoke to a woman this morning who was signing up to

0:12.2

commit 42 and it was an interesting conversation because she came to me and she was like,

0:17.7

I don't know whether this is the right time or not the right time because I have so much on and I don't want to add more to my plate. And I wanted to cover

0:27.9

this because it's quite hard to kind of conceptualise and get your head around. But the reason that

0:32.3

this is the right time is because you have a lot on your plate. Right. If you've got a lot going on,

0:37.1

then probably what

0:37.8

you need to do is take some time to prioritize, to have some structure in your life, to figure out

0:42.9

what is most important and to make sure that your actions are in line with that. And basically,

0:56.6

spoke to this one and I was like, that is literally what I made this program for. Usually the

1:02.1

reason that you're not getting results isn't because you don't know what to do. It's because

1:05.1

you're not doing it. And helping people prioritize their lives, be more productive, identify what is and what isn't

1:12.2

important, and reframe their motives behind diet and exercise to make them realize that it's actually

1:17.9

building their capacity when done right, not another thing that they have to add on to the huge

1:23.8

pile of things that they're doing, right? I don't want to take away from the rest of your

1:27.6

life. I want you to have amazing things going on, but I want you to be able to show up at your

1:32.0

best for all of them. And that does require taking a bit of time to yourself and putting a bit

1:37.1

of focus on building your engine, your capacity, your physical, mental, emotional work life, growth aspects, like, so that you can show up at your

1:46.9

best. Because as I've said, many a time, things are a lot easier when you feel good and when you've got

1:52.9

more energy in order to give to other areas of your life, right? So the fact that you're

1:59.8

struggling for time is kind of ironically
