Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast.

0:05.0

Today I want to talk to you a little bit about the change in my coaching,

0:09.7

which I've already teased a few times on this podcast.

0:13.7

And it's not a huge shift, or it is a huge shift that has been happening for many years.

0:19.0

But now I'm kind of like, yes, I'm going to double

0:21.7

down on this and lean into it. So really, the crux of it is not focusing on fat loss, even for my

1:43.3

whether that's food choices

1:45.5

or your reaction to the scale weight or whether you go to the gym when your alarm goes off

1:51.4

when you feel good, right, when your mood is elevated. And your feelings are what drives your

1:58.3

behaviours. So rather than just trying to force behaviour change without focusing on,

2:03.6

hey, wouldn't it be easier to make these choices when you feel good?

2:07.2

Like think about the days where you get up and you're well rested and you feel pretty good
