This is a bit of a special episode and it's been quite a long time coming.

It's very similar to commit to six.

It's basically an evolution of commit to six. And one of the reasons that I'm doing this is because

I've been coaching now for about 13 years. And I would say especially over the last

couple of years, my approach to coaching has really changed. And so has the way that I coach one commit six but this is

probably a bit of a fundamental shift and the reason I'm doing this is for a few reasons one I really want

to attract the right people the people that I can help the, who want the impact that I want to have on

them. That's what they're looking for. And the other part of this is that the longer I've been

coaching, the more I realize that the main benefits really have absolutely nothing to do with

losing fat directly, even though that's what I promote, that's what I'm good at, that's what most people come

to me for. What they leave with is a huge impact on the rest of their life. The confidence that

you get from essentially making promises to yourself to show up and then delivering on that

and trusting yourself that you can and will show up for

yourself is massive. That's huge for your whole life and all of these things translate. The biggest

benefit that people get from coaching is ultimately enjoying your life more. That's what this is all

about and coaching done right will help you thrive

in all areas of life. And no one area of life stands alone. All of them impact each other, right?

If you're not happy at work, you're not going to be happy at home. If you're not happy in your

body, well, your body is your home, it comes everywhere with you, right?

You definitely aren't going to show up at your best.
