I think my biggest tip for this is to go in with some intention.

It's very hard to make the decision in the moment, especially with peer pressure.

But more broadly and what I do with my clients is figure out, okay, for this season, whether that's

I just want to stay at maintenance. But having a bit of intention before you go into it, rather than just
