Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast.

This, I think, is going to be quite a quick episode to see how much I blab on.

0:11.1

But it was sparked by a conversation I had in a client check-in.

0:15.8

And I guess it's a little bit more of a brain dump and interesting ponderings than anything else.

0:23.5

But anyway, this client is pretty amazing.

0:25.1

She's a CEO.

0:26.8

She's a mother.

0:27.6

She's a partner.

0:29.0

and not always be like looking for what's the next thing.

1:12.1

And this was my response. I said, you're probably asking the wrong person because it's definitely

1:18.5

a trait of mine as well. And I see it as a bit of like a shadow side to success as in the traits

1:26.8

that make you successful are also often the traits

1:29.8

that cause the most harm and can be the most destructive as well. So, for example, never being

1:36.8

satisfied will always make you strive for more, but you also risk not appreciating what you have

1:43.8

and not enjoying life as much.
