| 0:56.3 | to give a little caveat to this, which is that, well, really, my whole coaching ethos is built around |
| 1:04.5 | looking at core principles and then applying them to the individual in a way that suits them, right? |
| 1:09.9 | So for fat loss, that might be like, we all know that the core principle of fat loss is to be in a deficit. |
| 1:16.3 | Now, the way that you create that deficit is more individual than anything else, right? |
| 1:22.3 | So a lot of people argue about, like, whether one way is better than another, |
| 1:26.8 | and if they should be |
| 1:27.5 | intimate fasting or having six meals a day or only eating at certain times or eating |
| 1:33.4 | carbs at certain times like actually what the research shows is that you really |
| 1:38.8 | the fundamental of fat loss is finding an easy way for you to stick to deficit or the the easiest way, right? Because it might not be easy. |
