Hello and welcome back to this Q&A episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast that I think I'm going to end up doing like four parts

But here we are right. Okay, so oh note to self. I got here great

Okay, Leanne I'm on a lower carb diet plan and therefore believe your and therefore believe your support of a lower carb

0:24.7

slash higher fat diet in order to bring down my blood sugar levels while maintaining our

0:28.6

protein targets. I have a few questions if I may please. Now Leanne and I actually had a

1:40.3

So what happens when you lose body fat is you become more sensitive to insulin again,

1:45.0

which allows you to handle more carbohydrates.

1:48.0

Like cutting out carbs is almost just like avoiding the problem, unless cutting out carbs also creates a deficit and also helps you lose body fat.

1:56.0

So it's really the body fat loss. So you are thinking like, yeah, it might be a few months until you

2:01.6

lose enough body fat to then become more insulin sensitive to then handle more carbs. Thus, you
