Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. This episode is all about the main

0:08.1

reason that people don't start, which is a fear of failure. This was sparked by a conversation

0:16.2

I had, in fact, a few conversations that I had this week with people thinking about signing up to commit six.

0:22.6

And this is really common because really I target commit to six on, oh, that sounds very.

0:29.4

Basically, I created commit to six for people who have tried dying numerous times and it hasn't worked for them.

0:39.3

I would say the vast majority of people I work with feel like maybe borderline there's something wrong with them or that diets

0:45.0

don't work for them or that they fail all the time or they don't have willpower or there's

1:45.2

the underlying theory is, will I be able to stick to this? Will I get the results that I want?

1:50.7

That's always the crux of it, right? Because people are signing up for a reason. They're signing

1:54.1

up for a result. And the fear is, will I be able to put in the work to get this? Or will I

2:00.6

be supported enough? Or will I be supported enough?

2:01.6

Or will this work for me? And I get it because, as I said, most women that I work with have
