He decided to turn things around when his wife was expecting and realized he needed to make changes to his health in order to live longer for his family. Anthony did what most Italians wouldn't do, he gave up carbs - pasta, pizza, and bread! He lost 50 pounds with the low-carb ketogenic diet.
