diet is weight loss maintenance. I don't want this to be another time when you do a six week

plan or an eight week plan or you cut out carbs or you do something for a short period of time

normal life or the way that you were living before, and inevitably your body also reverts back to that.

If you want results that last, you have to maintain the behaviours and you don't have a weight

loss problem. No one I've ever worked with has a weight loss problem.

They have a weight loss maintenance problem. And this is the whole approach I take to help people
