the rest of your life. Most people assume that losing fat is the hard part and welcome to the rest of your life most people

fat loss problem you have a fat loss maintenance problem.

And there are numerous psychological and physiological reasons for this. But the point I want to make

before we get on to the rest of those things is getting to this point and then maintaining your

results is the real goal. It's not just getting here.

Getting here is just the first step. It's no good losing weight and then regaining it

again and again and again getting stuck in this yo-yo cycle that so many people are stuck in.

A successful diet is losing the weight and then maintaining the results that you've achieved.
