Today I'm going to talk about my secret to being motivated almost all of the time.

Now, no one is always motivated, but I'm not going to lie, I usually am, and I was thinking about this. I was thinking

why. And I don't think it's luck, and I don't think it's an accident. I think there are two

key reasons for this. One is that you create motivation by taking action.

That one's relatively simple, right?

Like if you want to be motivated to exercise, most people think you have to wait until you're motivated to start.

But actually, starting exercises, exercising, is the most motivating part that you can do that's the most

influential action you can take motivation comes after you start not before so

that one relatively simple although I do think a lot of people don't realize that

actually starting building that momentum is what gives you motivation.

And the hard thing is to start because you normally have to start before you actually feel like it

in order to kind of produce that level of motivation.

Anyway, the second part is actually what I want to talk about.

And this is one that not many people consider.

I've spoken about it a few times, but I can't emphasize how important it is

mood. It is much easier to be motivated when you're in a good mood.

Now you might be thinking you can't be in a good mood all the time and you're right

but you can be in a good mood significantly more of the time, and that's
